Can I bring children on this tour?

Yes, our tours allow for the inclusion of children, but please inform us in advance.

Are there participant limits for open trips to Komodo?

Yes, there are participant limits for open trips. Capacity is usually limited, so it’s advisable to book well in advance.

Can I book additional activities beyond the itinerary?

Yes, you can book additional activities. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability.

When should I book plane tickets?

After you make a deposit, you can order plane tickets because we guarantee that all trips will be carried out.

B. Payment and Cancellation

How do I make a trip package payment?

After you receive the trip package deposit payment message from us. You can make payments via our official bank account:

We also accept payments via the wise.com application.

Transactions that occur outside our official bank account are not our responsibility. Please include proof of payment to speed up the verification process.

Are there any additional fees to be paid on site?

Most costs are already included in the package, but the Komodo National Park entrance fee must be paid separately by participants.

International Guest

  • IDR 500,000 per person (on weekdays)

Can I cancel my trip package order?

After that, please contact us to request the cancellation of your trip package order. Make sure to provide complete information, such as the order number and other details, when contacting us to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

  • Airplane: Komodo Airport (LBJ) serves flights from major cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Surabaya, and Denpasar. Airlines like Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, and Wings Air provide flights to Labuan Bajo.

  • Passenger Ships: Additionally, sea travel can be an option. There are passenger ships and ferries connecting Labuan Bajo with several other ports in Indonesia.

When is the best time to visit Labuan Bajo?

The best time to visit Labuan Bajo is during the dry season, which occurs between April and December. During this period, the weather tends to be dry and more stable, making it an ideal time to explore the natural beauty of Labuan Bajo and Komodo National Park. Here are some further considerations:

April to June (Early Dry Season):

July to August (Peak Dry Season):
